What user roles are available in Viral CX?

New users can be added to Pro and Enterprise plans for an additional monthly cost per user.

LEAD (Admin) / €38: Full control to shape your organization’s vision, mission, and strategies. Admins can set objectives, create customer journeys, and invite new users to the platform.

PLANNER / €20: Play a key role in managing actions and key results. Planners focus on strategy and reporting, helping your team adapt to performance and challenges.

VIEWER / €2: Access all content with complete transparency but without editing rights. This role is ideal for staying aligned with your team’s direction.

How many users can I have with each plan?

Each plan includes 1 user. For our Pro and Enterprise plans, you can invite multiple additional users to your account for an additional monthly cost per user.

Is there a free trial option available?

Our freemium plan is free to use for as long as you want. No credit card needed.

What payment methods do you accept

We accept most credit card types internationally.

Can I change my plan later?
